Product demos

Shows the workflow from the product-demos use-case page. One relaxed take with a camera bubble, stumbles removed as text, shipped as an iCloud link and a 4K export. The demo subject is the Acme app's new export flow (the "Sprint 14 demo" fixture).

Setup

Acme app on the export screen; camera available.
A second machine (or clean browser profile) for the viewer scene.

Scenes

Scene 1. The take counter (0:00–0:07)

On screen. A file listing shows demo-final.mov, demo-final-2.mov, demo-FINAL-really.mov. Each is multi-hundred MB.
Narration. "Most of the time on a demo video goes to retakes. You can skip the retakes."

Scene 2. One take, camera on (0:07–0:22)

On screen. An area recording framed around the Acme app at high resolution, camera bubble in the corner. The presenter demos the export flow, misspeaks a sentence, says it again cleanly, and keeps going. The bubble is dragged to the other corner mid-take when it covers a button.
Narration (recording's own audio). "Here's the new export flow. Pick a format, um, sorry. Pick a preset, choose a format, and export."
Capture notes. Show the bubble being moved during recording; that's a differentiator moment.

Scene 3. Delete the flub, keep the retake (0:22–0:33)

On screen. In the transcript, the flubbed sentence "Pick a format, um, sorry." is deleted; the clean version remains. Playback of the seam shows a smooth cut with captions intact.
Narration. "You fix mistakes with edits instead of new recordings. Delete the bad sentence and keep the good one. Captions stay in sync on their own."

Scene 4. Share it twice (0:33–0:46)

On screen. Share > Copy iCloud Link; the link opens in the viewer browser and plays immediately, with no sign-up interstitial. Then Export > MP4 4K with "Burn in captions" checked.
Narration. "Send a link a prospect can open with no account and no watermark. Or export a 4K MP4 with captions burned in for your site or your launch post."

Scene 5. Close (0:46–0:50)

On screen. The closing card reads "Demos without the retakes. Screen Recording. $29 once."
Narration. "Screen Recording."
